Once you sign in to your account you can start the claims process and check out your coverage. If you’re having trouble accessing your account, please contact our Customer Advocacy team and we’ll get you set up.
Answer a few questions about the accident and the treatment you recieved for care. Once you submit the claim, you will be assigned a Claim Advocate. Think of them as your partner throughout the process—they’ll work with you to determine the best path forward for your medical and financial situation.
Unless it’s a cut-and-dry injury, you will likely get bills in the mail over time from each provider and facility that was involved in your care. As you receive them, upload them to your account. Your case will remain open as you receive your bills. Each injury and treatment plan is unique, so there is no one-size-fits-all solution to all claims.
Your Claim Advocate will work with you on the best path forward. Depending on your medical and financial situation, you may get reimbursed by check or your providers may be paid directly. As long as everything checks out, we’ll make sure your bills are taken care of.
